I have been working in AV Group since 2005. The accumulated knowledge, responsibility for the job entrusted to me, support from the managers and the team helped me grow into the Head of Drilling and Blasting Operations Department. My department is currently responsible for the implementation of new technologies, which make drilling and blasting operations safer, more efficient and more productive. Being a part of the AV Group team, working side by side with true mining experts inspires me to achieve exceptional goals, provides valuable experience and contributes towards professional advancement.

I began my career in AV Group in November 2015 in the position of Office Manager. Thanks to the company’s experienced managers actively involved in both mentorship and training, opportunities I had to show my independence and initiative at work, be in charge of implementing complex tasks, in just 5 years I managed to progress to a senior position and became Head of the HR Accounting and Development Department at one of the subsidiary enterprises. In all honesty, I am so happy to be a part of this great and friendly team at AV Group as every single day the Company and my colleagues help me grow both professionally and personally.

I joined AV Group in December 2018 as Head of Underground Mining Technology Development Department. The accumulated technical knowledge, fundamental understanding of production processes, support of my supervisor helped me grow into the position of General Director of a core business company. Nowadays, my focus is on developing the field of underground mining operations, organizing production, interacting with clients, and now I am in the position to support my colleagues in their professional endeavors. The business team put together by AV Group inspires me to be the best version of myself and set goals that are even more ambitious, as well as provides energy for turning my goals into reality.

I began by career in AV Group in April 2017. During that period, I managed to implement a range of initiatives, grow significantly, as well as became Head of the Design Office. Currently, my colleagues and I are working together on a huge project that will improve and automate business processes. The scale of the tasks and challenges set by AV Group before us is unprecedented and inspires even greater achievements. In my opinion, what makes this Company unique is that any employee irrespective of the position or work experience can propose ideas that will be heard and obtain enough freedom for their implementation.
